The AI agent always discloses that it is an AI (California B.O.T. Act, EU AI Act Art. 50). Customers may not configure agents to claim to be human; such configuration attempts are blocked and constitute a breach of these terms (FTC Act §5).
AI responses may contain errors. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of their knowledge base, prices and terms, and must review AI answers regularly.
Fixed monthly plans; the billing unit is one AI conversation. No overage charges without explicit purchase. Cancel anytime, no long-term contracts.
